Sessions are typically 60 minutes and are designed for adults seeking insight, healing, and support around emotional wounds, relationships, identity, work, life transitions, or patterns that feel difficult to change.

Sessions may also include discussion of medication options, sleep, nutrition, coping strategies, lifestyle supports, supplements, nootropics, or de-prescribing questions when relevant.Â

Medication management is only available to clients also being seen for psychotherapy. Therapy sessions are available in-person or online by appointment only.

This service is intended for licensed clinicians and advanced practice nurses seeking case guidance and professional development. It does not include student preceptorship or board-approved supervision toward independent licensure.

organizational consultation
Consultation is available for companies, clinical teams, academic programs, and professionals seeking mental health expertise grounded in psychotherapy, psychiatry, clinical research, higher education, and systems-level thinking.

Areas of focus may include ADHD and neurodiversity, crisis response, trauma-informed care, psychodynamic and psychoanalytic perspectives, vulnerable and marginalized populations, policy engagement, professional burnout, communication, program development, and the use of qualitative and quantitative data to better understand people and systems.
